1. Payment & Refund Policy

Advance Payment: All services offered by Fimcy Records are subject to 100% advance payment.

Work Commencement: No project work shall begin until the full agreed-upon amount has been received and cleared.

Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Fimcy Records are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is transferred, it cannot be reclaimed, regardless of project status or client-side cancellations.

2. Content Restrictions

Neutrality Clause: Fimcy Records does not produce, edit, or distribute content related to the political or religious sectors.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any project that falls within these categories or conflicts with our company’s neutral stance.

3. Client Communication & Project Hold

Non-Responsiveness: In the event a client becomes non-responsive after the initial payment, the project will be placed on “Hold” for a maximum of 60 days.

Reactivation Fee: To resume a project after this 60-day period, the client must pay an additional 15% reactivation fee based on the original project amount.

4. Project Expiration (After One Year)

Expiration of Funds: If a client attempts to resume a project more than one (1) year after the initial payment date, the previous payment is considered void and will not be refunded or applied as credit.

New Agreement: To proceed, the client will be required to enter a new agreement and pay the full current project amount.

Voided Offers: Any previous discounts, promotional offers, or historical quotations will be considered void after the one-year mark.

5. General Conditions

Communication: It is the client’s responsibility to maintain active communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Right to Cancel: Fimcy Records reserves the right to cancel or delay projects due to non-compliance with these terms.

Modifications: All pricing, timelines, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Right to Update: Fimcy Records reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
